Do you use Vsync?

I wasn't looking for higher frame rates, I was wondering more about being able to more directly accommodate frame rates dropping below 60 (or whatever) fps. If your at a point where your chugging out 54 fps, wouldn't it be better if the monitor displayed each entire frame as it was finished? (Though I could see where there could be problems with AFR for SLI or CF.)

Personally, I get seasick from even the slightest bit of tearing (this applies to every engine I've played in, although the Source engine is by far the worst). Obviously, I always use v-sync. Variable frame rates seem to affect me too, so I always turn the quality waay below what I really should be able to run it at, I'd rather have low image quality than nausea.
