I think there should be a Cap-lock key on the right side.
There should also be one stuck between the F4 an F5 Key.

Also there needs to be one near the Num Lock and between the h and g key.

Of course, if the letter I want to capitalize is one that I type with my left hand then my right pinky finger drops down to the right shift key.

I can never find a Cap Lock key when I need one.

When I'm typing normally, never. When I respond to an IM or something with just a single "?" I'll typically just use my right hand to do it.
