Do you use TCPOptimizer?

I have always used TCPOptimizer to optimize my TCP settings according to my connection speeds.

I run the program, choose my connection as 16 MBPS, then select OPTIMAL, then apply and reboot.

I don't know if this is good or bad with Windows 7.

Anyone had experience with this?

Modern versions of Windows automatically tune TCP for optimal performance. Unless your network has a lot of bandwidth (10Gb/s+) or very high latency (such as a satellite Internet connection), I doubt you'd see any performance improvement by trying to hand-tune TCP.
