Do you use proper grammar while sending e-mails to and from work?

I learned long ago that reality is perception over time, so if you want to be seen as someone who has a clue you write work emails with a certain degree of professionalism.

Yes I do, in all correspondence...

And take note when people sending me email do not use proper grammar.. Does that make me a grammar racist?
