There are usually parking outfits that are near airports which charge a lot less, and will take you to the airport on a shuttle bus (and pick you up when you get back).

I always look for the Security Cameras and park as close as I can to them. Even if I have to walk further. ;)

St. Louis Avg is $7 day.

At the local smaller airport by me I did when I was gone for 2 nights. More recently I went to SC (actually during the blizzard) and used an off airport long term lot, where they shuttled you to Philly airport. Iwas only $7/day with cupon. Good thing b/c a 3 day trip turned into 6 when I couldn't get home.

I have no complaints about either. They were both good, but I liked the off airport on better, they drop you right at your gate, and pick you up when you get back.

yes

what do you consider expensive?

here in KC it is ~$4 a day

atlanta has/had(they may have gone up) spots as low as $5

i think newark used to have them for $7 (that was 5-6 years ago)

Yes. Depends on airport though. Ft.Laud airport I use park and save, unfortunately it adds an extra 1/2hr+ to the schedule. It takes a while for the tram to get there / back. Otherwise, it's not a problem.

Long term parking lots in NY are known by another name...Midnight Auto Parts. It was the place to go to get the parts that you needed for you car
