Do you turn your radio and A/C off before turning your car off?

I turn the AC off because my AC sucks and is worthless until I get some of the hot stagnant air out first. I leave the radio on. And I usually have it on louder in the evening than the mornings... so some mornings I get a blast of music on ignition
