nope, i like to try to take out our singer's eye with them from time to time.

j/k, i trim them

I loop them up... looks a little tacky and they can buzz sometimes, but I never seem to find the clippers when I'm changing strings.

This is an an acoustic BTW.

Trimmed. Looping looks dumb (personal preference) and makes it harder to remove the strings if you need to do a quick string change (i.e.: break a string during a gig).

acoustic, 12-string and super-strat are all trimmed, my (epi) les paul is usually looped though.
