I normally tip from 15% to 18% and when I calculated it in my head, it was more than I wanted to pay considering the cost was high already, so I decided to leave it blank.

Here in Phoenix, full service car washes are everywhere and the norm. I usually tip $3.

People in the service industry have ways to "pay back" rude people...

Just as a fast food "burger joint" employee can spit in your food at the assembly station a service worker can put a little valve grinding compound in your oil when topping off as a courtesy. :biggrin:

It depends on the business. In my business tipping is expected regardless of where the ship is.

That wasn't really the point though. Just saying it does not pay to be a jackass.

It's not being a jackass, for example if you try and tip in a bar here you will get weird looks, my local pubs will not take tips.
