Do you tip the pizza delivery guy?

I always tip about 10%. I don't think many other college students tip. The delivery guys have gotten the idea and I always get my pizza in about 20 minutes now 🙂
 
don't like to tip them much if they charge $$$ for delivery

how the hell is that the driver's fault? if you have issues with management then you don't act retarded about the situation, you tell management.
 
I always tip. 20% for mediocre serivce adjusted either way as needed...

But all this has made my hungry.. I'm gong to order now ... Pizza Hut - Chicago style deep dish
 
Ya always.....except one time. This jackoff pizza guy showed up missing my sons mini pizza and my 2ltr of pop. The local Dominos place is loaded with fvckups. Anyway, after screwing up my order one to many times I told him just take the pizza back, Ill order one from Pizza Hut. Well he ripped the pizza from my wifes hand so I told him if he didnt get off of my property in about 5 seconds I was going to brain him.


Been ordering from Pizza Hut ever since with out any problems.
 
allmost never tip.If the pizza gets here late i complain to the pizza place which i usually order from dominos and i get a sorry card in the mail.So if the drivers put in to his computer that i tip bad and i order very frequently i don't care. I will eather get the pizza or i will make enough complaints and high enough to get the guy fired.

no just see why i should most of the time considering that they are .8 miles from my house and i get a call allot even do i order it very freequently asking how to get to my house.

I don't like to tip pizza people if they charge for delivery, I will give them a dollar if they don't charge for delivery. I always pick my pizza up now. I used to tip them good when I was little but then one ripped me off so I have a grudge against them.
 
No different. I don't tip waiters either. I avoid eating anywhere there are waiters/waittresses as well. Not that I mind someone walking my food over, but the entire concept of paying someone the cost of a parking meter and then expecting them to live on tips, which get taxed at a set rate whether they make that much or not is so entirely assinine that I won't participate in the whole system. Did order a pizza for new years, first in a few years, maybe I should have splurged and tipped then. But then it did take an hour to arrive even after a 35 min estimate...which reminds me...

Wow so you pretty much don't eat out except at like buffets? I couldn't stand that 😀 I don't think tips are that bad, you'd either pay for it at the cost of the meal and not tip or pay less for the meal and tip. It all works out. This way the good servers get good tips, stick around and give good service. If they all got the same pay the lousy ones would hang around and management would have to watch them really close to be sure they were doing a good job. This way they're self managed 😉

And if there are enough listings to your phone number the manger can go in and add a "Don't not deliever" add to it.

I generally round up to the nearest $5 mark ($15 on $10 and the like) minimum tip of $3 or so. Hey, they work for it.
 
i give big tips, working a sh1t job i know what its like, so i normally tip around 20% (unless its really expensive)
 
If You Dont, Watch out for the next time you get a pizza from the same driver..... If he's male you'll get a few extra ounces of extra PROTIEN on your pizza.....Ha ha ha ha IT Has Happened I can Attest to That!
 
No! Screw the delivery guy! I can't stand cheese, so I strongly dislike pizza. If they'd even try to deliver one at my door anyway I am not going to tip them 😛
