Why is he cheap? If the gratuity is already on the bill, it doesn't matter if you tip 'cuz they're already getting one. You're just giving them even more tip.

Why is he cheap? If the gratuity is already on the bill, it doesn't matter if you tip 'cuz they're already getting one. You're just giving them even more tip.
I can tell you that tip was not included in our wedding bill.

Hand it to them. They remember.
You can use this at any bar to drink for free. just hand them a 20 and you'll rarely have to pay for your drinks. It's "on the house"
