Do you tip delivery guy (refridgerator)?

No, not if it is from a store's delivery service (Best Buy, HHGregg, the like) that you already paid for. This is the guy's job, this is what he does for a living.

Give tips for service beyond what is expected, not for something he has to do anyway.

my general rule of thumb goes like this...

if i have money i ask would I want a tip if i was doing his job.....if yes then i tip him how much I would be reasonably content with if were him.

if i have no money....its easy...NO TIP!

When I've already paid about $55 for delivery to Home Depot, am I wrong to not tip the driver? I ask because I've had two deliveries in the past 6 months, and it never occurred to me to tip them.

If the delivery guy works directly for Home Depot I wouldn't.

Give him a few bucks. I tipped the mattress delivery man a few bucks and he thanked me like it was $1000. Most people don't tip deliveries.

I never do when appliances are delivered. I've never heard that it was suggested or expected to do so either. I already paid for it and the delivery and I don't see a need. When I fix a computer at work nobody gives me a tip for it because it's my job even if I drove awhile to go do it.
