Do you think we Americans have lost all common sense and decency?

umm wouldn't that still be in warranty?

Give that man a ceegar! The customer had a right to be upset. Some of you have spent so much time trashing the idiot customer that you completely failed to notice that it was the morons in customer "service" that created the problem.

Man, thank god i'm not the only one...i thought i was going crazy (lets see, may 15th, okay...then she goes back May 3rd...hmmmm..not quite one year and she has a one year warranty...hell yeah, i'd be pissed getting jerked around...what's this? okay another atoter posts
this lady is stupid and needs to realize she has a 1 year warranty? wtf?..hmm..when did i go to bed last night?hmm.. did i take my meds?)

so yeah, i agree, home depot had a trowel up thier a$$ on that one...

Maybe the problem is that we are trying to be civilized when we really are mostly beasts.

We could build a huge fleet of boats and take anyone who is really feeling nasty to someplace like France for a fun filled weekend of mayhem and carnage. J/K (kinda)

Read an interesting story about a society that has a hell night, where anything goes just for that night. You can get rid of your enemies (or they you) and get out all that pent up frustrations. Sure would change social behavior the other 364 days of the year. You won't want to make many enemies.

You missed the point, yes, the CSR did make a mistake, but the next guy she went to se fixed the mistake AND apologized for the CSR that made th mistake. The lady still was yelling at him. What else did she want ?

If you think it is bad in Iowa, dont ever move to Floriduh!

<<Maybe that's why people are such jerks. They let the small sh!t get to them. Instead of making fun of idiots, they get all red faced wild eyed.>>

Thats why I make fun of EVERYBODY!

Hoss said it right. The bumper sticker "Commit random acts of kindness" has been my credo for many years, and the resonse I get is a welcome change to the usual callousness observed each day. My bro drove city bus for years, and when a driver would cut him off nowingly, he would smile and wave nicely, just to mess with their head! I watched this more than once, and it was much more fun (hilarious sometimes) than flipping them off!!

Nope...I think those people that you describe is in the minority. I think if you treat others well, that kindness will eventually spread to others and they'll want to do the same.
