Do you think that you could land a plane?

Say you and a buddy were in a small single-engine plane. Your buddy, the pilot, dies. As he dies, he takes out the radio. (I know, crazy, right?) Do you think that you could land the plane without any help from the outside world?

Landing = You being able to walk away from the landing regardless of the shape of the plane.

I wouldnt know. I've never flown a plane before. Would there be crosswinds, fog, low fuel, and other possible problems as well?

Given time to learn the controls (how sensitive they are, what controls what), probably yeah for a small plane.

I never did figure out how to land a plane in F19 Stealth Fighter. Tried many times, died. Eventually I just chose the option that removed the landing. Better than Ejecting after each Mission!

I really have no idea how to fly a plane...I've always heard that landing is the hardest part. If I were in the plains or something I might be ok...but around here in the mountains, who the fuck knows?
