do you think that cingular will give me a new phone

i have a nokia 5165 (big as$ POS) and lately it just randomly turns off during calls, even if batt is fully charged.....anyhow if i call cingular u think they will gimmie a new phone for free...ohh btw i have 3 mos. left on my contract

Switch your contract to a $20 a month contract and switch to a provider who will give you a free phone.
