Give me some credit Red, I have read both sides. A few of the sites I have used were used because they were easy to find and had the material condensed into one place. It is difficult to condense many differnt news articles and publications into one post. Some of the more conservative sites do it for me, so I use them. My views on the economics of tax cuts vs. new federal spending has been shaped from Alan Greenspan to the Wall St. Journal to reading Gores spending plan on his web site.
My problem with some is that they attack the source and completely ignore the message. I'd much rather debate the issues then play mind games of who has the most credible source.
My fear of Al Gore being president is based on a number of items. Here's one.
If he is elected the chances are he will be there for eight years. The incumbent normally has the advantage. Right now and for the next election the Republicans are in control of congress. Who's to say what will happen in the next eight years, the congress could go to the Democrats. Then Gore passes all of his entitlement programs, the economy will tank at some time, then the next deep recession.
