She could be a model. Go to a talent agency and submit some headshots - she'd likely get work based on her ethnicity. She should NOT quit her day job, but she might be good for a few shoots a year. Not all models are even attractive - think about some of the people you see in commercials or on beer ads. Some are downright unattractive, but even fat guy models appeal to a specific target audience (think DirecTV football season pass commercials).

I've retouched women FAR less attractive for big brand print work.
