Do you think only us nerds think about time travel and if apacolypse etc will occur?

I mean I look at people here at where I work and they seem to go about their day not even thinking twice about the end of the world or if Russia will nuclear bomb us.

Do you think they ever contemplate this kind of stuff?

how do you know worse things haven't been stopped already?

I truly don't but why wouldn't they have warned of September 11? I mean they could have saved many lives that did not need to go.

remember, we're dealing with humans.

A) they could have tried.
B) no one would have listened.
C) in order to maintain time travel secrecy, they have no proof. so again, no one would listen.

What is it with you people and dumbass questions about time travel?
Time travel = fantasy.

Haven't you seen all those shows where they say if you go into the past you're not supposed to touch anything otherwise you'd drastically change the future?

I think Homer Simpson stepped on a twig once and the world ended up being ruled by dinosaurs.

What would be the point if you could solve every problem and save every life? You realize that the planet would not be able to support all of us, and eventually things would fail. And why wouldnt someone stop the Holocaust from happening? In comparison, 9/11 is nothing.

Or maybe they didnt want to stop it from happening. If you had the chance, right now, to prevent all that from happening, would you?

why stop 9/11? in the grand scheme of things, why would you stop an act that killed (relatively) few people? if anything, stop ww1, ww2, vietnam, korea, crusades, the millions murdered in china, russia.

edit: although, in my opinion, if we could travel back in time, i definitely wouldn't stop any of these.

True, I'm sorry I never thought about those incidents. I'm just wondering why nobody stopped them. I guess it they're real they have their reasons.

I guess I can't stop a nuclear bombing from Russia but damn it would sure suck when that time comes. It's like in Armageddon right before the asteroid was supposed to hit. News casters saying good bye for the very last time, radio broadcasters saying good bye.

🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

If we could time travel then we could solve the FTL problem and travel to other planets.

We would no longer over populate this planet and settle new solar systems.

Do you realize how many people are killed in car accidents every year? Far more than 9/11.

And anyways, maybe 9/11 was the event that saved lives. Maybe 9/11 caused us to invade Afghanistan/Iraq and stop an even worse terrorist attack, from a nuclear bomb or something.

Or maybe a race/people/person with the technology to time travel is interested in other things than the U.S. in 2001.

I'd try to stop spain and england finding the america's. That would be really interesting. Of course I would want to speak Spanish, English, Portugesse, all of the native America languages and been insanely strong and have a IQ of 150 😀 That should be enough to stop them 😀
