Do you think laptop DDR RAM prices will go up in the next three months?

From Crucial.com:

512MB of DDR 2100 200-pin SODIMM = $130.99

256MB of DDR 2100 200-pin SODIMM = $42.99

128MB of DDR 2100 200-pin SODIMM = $22.99

Do you guys think it'll get any cheaper than this in the next three months or so?

I have a single stick of 256MB which leaves me one bank free out of two. The laptop supports up to 1024MBs of RAM. I am running WindowsXP, a P4-m 1.6 Ghz, with a 40GB hard drive. I use OfficeXP, IE, Visual Studio.NET, and little else. Think it's worth buying a 256MB stick? perhaps a 512 stick?

I would like a noticable increase in performance, perhaps people who have done a similar upgrade to their laptops can advise me.

Oddly enough, Mr. Lee, I have the exact same setup as you. IBM THINKPAD T30? Well, I've added a 256 stick and don't really see much difference. My laptop crashes much less and seems to run "smoother" but other than that, not much difference. It seems to me that you are a lost soul. Seek truth.
