What's harassing about sending PayPal donation though?
Do you really need to ask whats harrasing about some smartasses thinking its funny sending donations in ammount where paypal takes all/nearly all of it as a fee? If its not a dollar you're being an ass and think its funny.

Its his forum, don't do that. Doing the same to the mods of any forum could have similar results.
Last I remember there were several dual P3 1ghz servers with a gig of ram running the forum.
Are you sure those aren't the main site servers? I think the forum server are like 600-800s.......
And any forums that bans it's users that point out a mistake in benchmarks is fairly worthless to me.
Then why visit, read, or even care about it? If its worthless to you just let it go. Don't send 10 cents to kyle and nothing happens. Once again the reactions are always provoked. If you don't like the idea of him asking for money for new servers, don't give him any. Of course since you don't care you shouldn't even be reading the forums.
I wonder if anand banned people instead of the mods how well liked he would be. And of course this fusetalk thing can't be cheap, I'll bet we could get a coule guys to hack on something to make it work so how dare they ask me for subscription fees when they're wasting it.

The guy who runs genmay.com offered to help him streamline the code (he's had to do it before) , to not have to buy a new server, and Kyle declined. eh, he's a jackaas.
Why does that make him a jackass? Perhaps he doesn't like the tradeoffs that would come from the streamlining? I know I'm not going to let some guy start playing with my servers just because he says he's good at it. Anyway in all fairness he said:
