It could be that they are just preparing for something HUGE ;). There should be one or two "interesting" product-launches in the near future...

I've been here for a while and I've seen the ups and downs. I agree with what Valinos suggests, get some opinion going. Let everybody else be objective or at least throw out some inside thoughts in other articles or another section every once in a while.

-Hardware guides?
-Explaining new technology with opinions on how valuable or useful it might be without sticking to pure objectivity

Somebody here said he was bored with the Internet in general. Could be true, we're all getting older and used to the Net :) Then again, it all used to be more exciting when you still had to configure computers -now they all do it themselves. What do you think the %age of people here is who still have an idea of how to free up some extended memory by messing with autoexec.bat and config.sys?

Cheers folks,
Hellblast

<< There are certainly fewer articles on the main site, but they are of excellent quality. It's not worth visiting every day, but when there is something new you know it's going to be a good read. Unlike most other computer review sites that just churn out news releases and steal each other's content.

ATOT though is certainly getting stale. The same threads over and over.

Let's see, I'll start the list with:
Pics
Evolution/Creation
Homosexuality
[President] is brilliant/insane and is ruining/saving our country
I like this girl, but I'm too much of a wanker to ask her out.
My GF dumped me, am I a wanker? (And the answers are all: no, women are evil).
Gun ownership.

Come on, add to the list. I know you can. :D

Edit. Forgot to put: Kami posts something about LOTR again. ;)
>>

lol, how can you forget " all the girls go for the bad guys instead of PNG, nice guy, fap, fap kings like me" threads :D

Yeah, it's stale. I usually read the the web news (thanks NSF4) and the forums. The articles are usually only moderately interesting. With all the hardware Anand sees, it'll be cool if he had system recommendations updated at least monthly.

<< No content = fewer hits = more ads = less content = even fewer hits = less revenue for ads = financial problems = dead site. or something like that... >>

not going to happen ... cuz if AT does suffer a financial problems, I think ATers will bail this site out, say every member donate $10 or $5. That should provide AT with enough money to stay online for couple of months.
