Do you take the last beer?

My roommate in Germany used to piss me off.
When I left for the field, I'd leave 3 or 4 beers in my fridge so when I got back, I'd have something cold to drink. That dickweed would drink those beers and leave some money in the fridge. I couldn't leave post till the next day so I'd have no cold beer that night after a month in the field. :|

Now that's messed up.

I'd say if there was 1 single beer in there for over a month, especially if other beers have come and gone in that time, that 1 last beer is fair game. But for new beer, that's weak.
 
I usually restock before it gets to that critically low level! Then again I don't have roomates to worry about 😛
 
according to #24 of the rules of man it says to never hesitate to grab the last beer or last slice of pizza, but not both. but since this is only one item we are talking about then yes, i agree that your friend is in the wrong. you should now buy a domestic beer since they have screw off caps, drink the beer, relieve yourself in the bottle and put it in the fridge as sabotage for your friend. that'll teach him.
