workworkwork, play with my 6m old daughter, listen to the wife complain/talk about nonsence, game, sleep, rinse, repeat

no, never.

I used to when I worked a split schedule (12 am - 8 am half the week, and 4 pm - 12 am the other half) because I was tired a lot and learned to sleep whenever I could. now that I'm on a set schedule, though, I'm very rarely tired in the middle of the afternoon and try to avoid naps because they fvck up my sleeping schedule.

Everytime I take a nap I wake up sweating to death and with a very bad head ach. I hate naps so much.

There's your problem. Learn how to nap through this while still appearing attentive.

naps rule. the only problem is if i take a nap in the afternoon, it takes forever to fall asleep when it's night.
