me no. usually the water is hot to begin with, and i crank it up little by little until it's almost too hot on the skinz0rz. feels good on the back of the neck.

I tried one summer when I was a kid. We did not have air conditioning and taking a cold shower seemed like a good way to cool down.

I have not done it since....

once i get too cold, i put it a little warmer, but not too hot because once i'll step outside, i know i'll be hot again.
