I take a shower once a day before bed. Hate going to bed with skin oil and sweat on me from the day. Plus I don't have to wash the bedsheets as often when I shower before bed. In the morning, I usually go over myself with a small, damp towel after brushing my teeth and washing my face.

I don't have a dandruff problem like my friends do and I usually don't have any body odor even after two days w/o showering. I start to feel gross though if I skip a day w/o showering.

Nothing is more distracting than having to choke back the gag reflex in the gym when some guy who either hasn't showered in a few dats or washed his gym clothes in a month is working out next to you. If you can't smell that you must be dead.
