I used to work the graveyard shift in an IT department. I would sometimes fall asleep for 4-5 hours at a time, it was nice.

I love my job's freedom. I can go home and sleep for 2 hours if I want to. It depends on deadline, of course, but I manage to eke out naps pretty often.

Actually now that I think of it, I have napped at work before. I worked one summer cleaning on-campus apartments. I started at 8am and I remember napping for an hour or thereabouts a couple times. Still got the apartment cleaning, and did a damn good job too.

Yes, quite a bit, we have areas to sleep at our studio for when we get an unexpected new deadline or extra work. That and some people almost live here lol

I used to work the night shift at a hotel. I'm a very light sleeper so I would sleep for 4-5 hours every night...

Work days mixed with some nights so I can watch my son, I would say on the nights I take a 2 hour nap and 30m on days. Every job I have ever had, I took naps even if it had to be during my lunch break it just make me feel a lot better.
