I still like the concept of the slow carb diet. You basically have a list of foods you eat and put them in different combinations to make meals. The result is a refined grocery list that allows you to do bulk buys and portion control makes a pound of organic chicken or grass fed beef last for multiple meals.Post receipt please.
Most of the diet consists of beans, cottage cheese, greens, select proteins, etc... Despite the higher costs of the individual ingredients, many are nutritious fillers that can stretch the budget nicely.
