Do you sometimes feel queasy when you workout hard?

For some reason, I sometimes feel a bit queasy after working out hard. I try to drink water before, during and after the workout but that seems to have little effect. This has been the case for me for a few years now. This occurs when I workout hard, however.

Yes I do. In bodybuilding circles, its a sign of a hardcore trainer who throws up after/during leg day.

Generally though you dont want to stress yourself to that point

hope you aren't pushing yourself too hard, raildogg.

I never have, and I lift hard. But it's pretty common, as replies in this thread have indicated. It's probably nothing to worry about.

Your feeling this way because of the lack of carbs in your blood stream. It is very low and through the physical exercise you feel like this! Basically you feel f0cked!

I feel this way when I row intervals and I was busy at work and didn't manage to eat anything at 2:30pm. I always eat at that time if I have 15minutes. But sometimes and often the case for the past 4 weeks I have been busy so didn't get time to eat. Sure I have an apple and banana on my drive back home but that is NOT enough to sustain a work out.
