I just quit about two months ago after smoking for 26 years, ( I started
WAY TOO EARLY!). I agree, it's a nasty habit, there is not one thing good about it. It smells bad, makes your skin wrinkle, turns your teeth yellow and cost a small fortune. But if you have never smoked, don't look at people who do smoke in disgust. Realize it is EXTREMELY TOUGH to break the habit. They say that nicotine is more addictive than cocaine or heroin. Tobbaco companies have spent billions on research to learn how to just to make cigarettes MORE addictive. Phillip Morris makes 200 million dollars a DAY worldwide, they can afford it. So if you know someone who's tring to quit, give 'em all the support you can, they'll need it.
