LOL especially @ the last one. 😀

Anyhow, I used to know a kid like that - constantly "drumming" on everything "drummable" (fortunately not people though). I play the guitar and keyboard, but would love to learn how to play drums. Loud noises are great - especially to p1ss off parents and neighbors. 😉

Actually, drumming (and martial arts) is a great stress relief. You're concentrating on getting the rhythm down, putting fills together in your head, hitting things (really pissed = really loud 😀), etc. I've always enjoyed it. But I find myself drumming on hands, backs, legs or whatever when I hear a good song. Say we're driving down the road and a good song comes on the radio, I'll start drumming to it (most of the time, not consciously) and her hand happens to be under mine when I start drumming or my arm around her when I'm tapping away. She kindly reminds me that she's not a drumset.

😱

I'm a drummer too... but I also sing very loud when I'm in my car (or in my bedroom, or the shower, or nearly any place, for that matter). People say that I have a good voice. I like to sing too. I've not killed anyone's hearing yet.

Ya, what else am I going to do for 6+ hours a day while I'm at work? Pay attention to the road? j/k More often that not, though, I'm banging the steering wheel or slapping my leg like I'm playing the guitar part.
