Do you shower at the gym?

Why do you have to change clothes? I just go home in my gym clothes.

LOL, how about better shower facilities at home? I only shower at the gym if I can't go directly home and shower as the showers at the gyms are pretty filthy.
 
In HS when i was on the wrestling team i'd shower after practice at school, no stalls, the entire team had to. But i'd shower again when i got home because i didnt feel clean in those big room showers, the walls j ust looked like they were alive and growing.

And don't shower at the gym for the same reason, rather just have the 10-15 minute comute home and be able to get clean at home.

True enough, but that would be a good sign to change your gym since the showers might not be the only thing that is dirty in there.

A crowded Gym's shower facilities are always going to be impossible to keep clean unless they have someone cleaning them continuiosly. If you have to go straight to work or cannot take a shower immediately at home after a workout those showers are fine, but if there are better facilities at your disposal I would suggest you use them.
 
I just came back from the gym and saw this thread. Yes I showered. No stalls either, it is gross to shower in public facilites but I cant go back to my office sweating thru my clothes and trying to mask anything with deodrant.
 
if you swim, you'd want to atleast rinse off. if it bothers some guys so much, just wear your trunks and shower shoes and rinse off quick.

also, never shower in the YMCA
 
I have to shower after PE in school everyday. And this is during HS where not all the kids are equal when it comes to deveolpment. And nobody says anything or really cares. Its just something we all have to do.

never had to. college was easy enough to go back to the dorm rooms.

whenever i've gone to the gym lately, i've gone home afterwards, so i could shower there.

this whole business of working out during work hours is going to be interesting.
 
And even if my ding-dong was normal size I would still have problems showering in a public place. I normally soap and lather certain areas of my body but I can't do that in public because it would look like I was masturbating!

i dont get why every gym has a few old dudes that feel compelled to walk around the entire locker room naked for like an hour, talking sh!t about republicans while their wrinkly dongs are just swingin about. And then they get in the pool and clog the lanes!!
