Do you shave with an electric razor or good old blade+shaving cream

i bought a $125 norelco razor with that stupid "goo" stuff... it gave me razor burn everyday for a month (the manual said that it would clear up after a couple weeks of use, it didnt clear up at all).

So back to Mach 3 i go.

I've used a Norelco for years, but it quit charging a couple of weeks back (replace the batteries I guess?) I've been using a blade since, and I must say that a CLOSE shave is nice 🙂

Mach 3, and I always shave right after I'm out of the shower - shaving cream not necessary unless it's not right after a shower.

Razor and I dont use shaving cream... for $1.00 I buy a bottle of hair conditioner and use that. It is less than 1/2 the price of shaving cream, and also conditions my legs but it does make me go thru razor blades more quickly.

🙂

think this was posted not too long ago, but i use blades. also had the shaver with the "goo" but it constantly gave me razor burn. mach3 it is.

to those 11 who voted electric, please hand over you man card.....😉😛

i use a blade. either a mach3 or a quattro, depends on what i get on coupons.

I use a mach3 & cream most mornings, but if I have a big date where I'm aiming for some nookie I get out my straight razor -- flip open, hone it on the strop and go to town. Before I ever shaved myself with that wicked sharp peice of steel I practiced on balloons. I'm good enough that I can put shaving cream on a blown-up balloon and shave it clean without popping it.

Straight edge = best damn shave evar.

yet another Mach3 Turbo over here. greatest razor I've ever used.

I shaved with an electric razor when I was younger (first starting to shave), and I found it to be really painful. and there's something relaxing about the good old blade+shaving cream experience 🙂
