Chivalry? The only reason they had that back then was because women had no rights.

It is on both sides of the fence. I have gotten chewed out by a women for opening the door for her. :shocked: But usually at least in Texas, people are pretty receptive to acts of kindness.

They say "please" and "thank you" over here. Which may not sound like much but it goes a long way.
But on the same hand chilvary isn't dead unless a person individually chooses not to do it. Of course, women can't expect to have it both way, but neither can guys.
