Do you run without a t-shirt on?

I remember there was a thread about cologne and antiperspirants used during running today. So, here's another poll: do you run without a t-shirt on? Not in a gym, but on a trail or in a park.

Hehe. I usually don't - I try to run in the early morning/late evening, when it's not so hot outside. But if it gets too hot - then I don't care - I just take it off.

I don't do it, but don't mind people who do. If it was really really hot out I might do it.

I wouldn't do that to my neighbors. But then, it may be good incentive for them to get back into shape...(I'm not in shape...)

I stopped doing it after crowds of woman started running after me. (And no...they didn't have torches and pitchforks :) ).

I don't do it for 3 reasons:

1. I'm not allowed. :p

2. To make my body work harder. The whole point of running or working out is to stress the body to make it faster or stronger. I want to be able to run with all of my clothes on, so that's how I practice it.

Most importantly:
3. It would absolutely ruin the graveyard pallor that I have carefully cultivated through a strict regimen of indoor computer usage. The glare would probably also blind any unfortunate passersby. :sun:

I run every day at lunch. I dont wear a shirt even in the winter when its raining. Theres no point. Running keeps you warm. If you get cold, you are not running fast enough.

It was 98 degrees yesterday with about 85% humidity. Hell yeah I run without a shirt.

I voted 'Yes'. When I started running, I wore a shirt, but as I tanned and lose some fat, I began running without a shirt. I am not yet at the point where women stare at me, but I will get there. That is why I run without a shirt, it is motivation to get in better shape.

I saw some pretty fat guy running with his shirt off yesterday on my way home from work, that wasn't so pleasant.

But in general, I don't mind at all really.

Don't and it is poor taste. Definitely long distance runners and such should go without a shirt because of the chaffing, but otherwise, it is in better taste to not go half naked unless it has some practical function. I even wear a wife-beater or undershirt when I go to the beach and only take it off to swim. If it is just guys, no big deal though, but if there are girls around, why be crass?

I don't, because I don't run...doh. I'll pick up on my cardio soon, in which case I'll take my shirt off if it's hot out. I don't care if others do it...why would I.
