So I was upgrading my M8 to the GPe 5.1 build last night, and for the first time since I got into Android in 2011 my device isn't rooted. I purposefully didn't because I feel Android in 2015 doesn't need all these root hack apps to be fully functional like in the Gingerbread era, especially since Google stopped its war on SD Cards. My Nexus 7 isn't rooted either.
My iPad Air 2 is Jailbroken, and I will probably only update it through its life when Jailbreak exploits appear for new versions of iOS. But if not for Kodi, ssh and f.lux I would probably do without jailbreak too on that device.
So do you Jailbreak/Root/ROM?
