I like to rip out my hair when i get stressed.

Even though "rip" sounds pretty rough, its more like a teasing out / pulling that i do.

I do it all over my body especially on my pubic, grundle, and head hair.

Where do you guys pick pull and or rip?

I dont pick until all my hair is gone, that is how Trichotilomania (sp) is defined.

I just do a little bit until I notice its getting thin. And its only on very small places. :D

I once babysat a boy that did it. He was about 7 years old and always twirled and pulled the hair out of his head. He did it up until he was about 12. Between counseling and just growing older, he stopped.

And its only with acute stressors. You never see any hair missing. If im studying for a test or taking a test ill pull hair out. But if im playing a game, or exercising i get no urge.
