Do you refer to a woman as a "chic" or "chick" how is it spelled?

Reason I ask is my girlfriends mother bought her youngest daughter a License Plate cover that has "Dancer Chick" engraved on it. I thought it was always spelled "chic"

What do I know though 🙂

So which is it?

btw she's on the high school dance team

i use the term "broad" lol

but yes it is chick, unless there is more than one "chick" in which case it is OK to use chix

heh, not to sound demaining but I usually say 'ho' just because it's a short and funny word. don't mean to discriminate girls in any way with it though. Also, the word isn't Danish, just used here sometimes for fun......'ho' hehe.
