Do you read work email on your cell phone?

Reading work emails on your phone only encourages the "email " defense. Now someone else's inability to plan and do their job somehow becomes your responsibility because they sent you an email 30 minutes ago. The military loves this.

I used to when I was a server tech. Now I don't even have a work phone, though I did get to keep the blackberry as a personal phone when I switched jobs. I eventually upgraded to the Nexus 4. Come to think of it I don't even have my personal email on it. Now that I got VPN to work on the phone I could easily set up my home email though. I do have an online email account setup on it specifically for alarm alerts, like if my home power goes out or other environmental stuff, as well as server alerts.

My boss and everyone at work has my personal cell though. I don't mind being called for overtime, because it means $$$. 😛
