Do you read books?

I read all the time and listen to audiobooks all the time also.

I picked up my first novel when I was 12 or so since I was stuck with my parents for a week at a place that had no TV or much of anything else, I loved it and have kept reading since then.

I didn't understand why people liked reading before that, but now 13 years later I still do it all the time.


To the OP, give it a shot sometime, you might be surprised, its not a chore like reading text books in school was, well at least for me.

yeah, generally i do tv or internet, but today an amazon order arrived: 3 orwell books, 1 anthony bourdain (hosts tv show), a salman rushdie, bob dylan biography, and im working on some kafka works in german

Yes, the ones i read for fun as of late are mainly works by orwell and Tolkien.
