I always think it is weird when I hear people talk about reading books. Like Fiction ones -- for entertainment. I personally have not read a book since I was forced to in school.

I like reading for pleasure. I feel dumber after every reality tv show I watch, but reading makes me feel good.

Its not, and I dont mean for it to come off that way.. I just find it odd. I just dont see the draw to it. To each their own

I don't do it either, I don't really find it interesting, but I don't think it's weird either. A lot of people like watching TV every night. I don't, but I don't think it's weird that they do.

Yeah, sorry, I just didn't like it. I don't read a book a day though, so maybe you're a better judge.

yup, i's fun.. use your imagination... i think a better question is how old you are and if you read or not.. now a days, all kids do is watch t.v... they don't have the imaginative capacity to bother reading.. instant gratification for them..

It's enjoyable, just like watching TV. I read a lot, fiction and non-fiction. I have a long commute to work, so I've started listening to books on CD. Right now I'm listening to The Count of Monte Cristo... should take me about a month to get through it. I read or listen to books while I'm working out too.

I like reading history books, I have a nice collection of civil war history books that I'm working my way through..

Strange. I watch more TV now that I'm in college (and read fewer books for pleasure) than I did when I was younger.

Yeah I never really liked fiction either, I like to learn new things. Once in awhile I like to read books on WWII, psychology, modern history etc. Ironically I used to hate subjects like history in school but they were teaching me useless sh!t, I wouldve paid more attention if say it was more focused on the last century.

I could have worded that better I guess, sometimes it's the same book for several days in a row ;)
