Do you play Magic: The Gathering? If yes, what color(s) do you use the most? What are your favorite cards? What strategy do you use?

Many moons ago I played.

My favorite deck was 5 color, Type 1 land destruction.

I stopped playing when The Urza's sets came out.

I used to be in to it in high school... I got teased badly and I blew up and punched a grade 8 (I was in grade 12) :). I was a fan of green mixed with a little blue.

wow.. that was a long time ago.. it was popular when i was in 8th grade i think... never really got into it. Had some freinds that really were obsessed with it. Then i watched as my younger brother got into those Pokemon cards.. which looked exactly the same, only less fun. are those still around? is magic still around?

I like Green but I don't have a good deck. I also like White but, again, my cards suck. Right now I use a Black deck with alot of creatures and I continually recruit new ones with my creatures' abilities. When I have a good number or creartures I start to play Creature Enchantments on them.

I played a little bit when I was in 6th grade. I think I used a green/black deck.

<< btw how much is that Alpha card worth now, uhm...black lotus or something it was called? >>

Beta (2nd Release) cards are actually more expensive than the Alpha release. Alpha cards are illegal, or were illegal, in tournament play because their corners are different from the rest of the sets.

A Beta Black Lotus probably goes for $300-400 now, depending on the condition...

I play a couple times a week.

I don't care what color I play. I play them all. I also draft a fair amount, so I play just about any card that's good in that draft set.

I did a long time ago. I still believe Arabian nights was the best. But even better was when i quit playing I made a ton of money off my cards.

I used to love green and black. khabal ghuls and whirling dervish are a hard combo to beat.
