It is a Rot13.

I allowed the terrorist guy to kill a few civilians so I could kill him. I actually played it both ways - the "good" path is to save the civilians but allow him to escape, while the "bad" path involves sacrificing them to stop the terrorist.

That is what it said. I am crazy bored at word.

Well, the thing about mass effect, was that it really wasnt a choice between good and evil. It was a choice between taking the high moral road, or taking the quick and dirty road. Like whether or not you were going to care about the other races, or just the human race. Whether or not to execute someone, or bring them to proper justice. Whether to slowly seduce the girl, or just outright proposition her constantly.

GTA you were pretty much a bastard whatever you did, but the vast majority of people you killed were faceless nobody henchmen or pedestrians.

Fallout OTOH, was pure evil - robbing and mass murdering people you just had a 5 minute conversation with. Thats why fallout seems to be the game that really makes people feel guilty, cause you actually get to know the person youre killing or stealing from.
