Do you play darts?

I'm looking to get a computerized scoring thingy for my apartment's dart board.

I've seen one in a bar before and it was awesome. It's NOT an electronic dartboard, but just a detached scoring system.

Know any place to get such an item?

Something like this

dunno where to buy it...
but playing darts is fun...
Learning it, since I moved to new york, they have dart boards in all the irish pubs here 😀

I agree that electronic boards sucks and this is the first I have ever seen of this electronic scoring system seperate from a board. I must have this also!!

Play at bars mostly, I prefer the plastic ones over real only beacause of the auctomatic scoring, its a lot easier when you feeling a wee bit tipsy. Have one at home that rarely sees any action

my officemate at work and i have a dart board with a "manual" scoring thingy setup (i.e. paper and pencil) hehe

we also have nerf basketball and are working on a putting green....

(office is pretty good sized)

let's get on it! i want to see if there are more options than the one i found

I like the manual scoring, it adds to the character of the game. And when I play darts, I generally have no desire to be near anything high-tech. To me the simplicity and "low tech" are part of the enjoyment.

yeah, but as you get more and more drunk, it comes in really handy 😉

Are you talking those plastic crap darts, or REAL darts?

I used to be on a dart league...I hate those crappy plastic tipped darts.....

darts is fun, but why don't you just use chalk?
chalk is a pain in the ass! like i said before..... automatic scoring is just easier

.......especially with about 4.....5.........8........ ok, 22 beers in you! 😛

I love playing darts. A group of us from work play every tuesday night, and we also play in the university league most fridays, but we havent won a game yet.

My 3 dart average is around 45, which is pretty good for someone who doesnt take it very seriously.

I'm going to buy some wood at the weekend, so i can put my dart board up at home. I need something to protect the wall when I go for my doubles. I've already made 3 holes in the wall!!!
