If you are not actually pulling money out of your pocket to pay for it, it is still coming out of the company. Meaning you still have to pay for it! The only ones who are getting ripped off are the people who don't drink the free coffee. For those people, you should help yourself to a few packages of coffee late at night to take home for guests, or to sprinkle on your tomato plants. You paid for it!
