Do you pay attention to ur posture when are sitting?

my golf instructor just told me that I probably slouch when I sit on the chair, because he sees that I have a tight lower back. I noticed that I do slouch, and am making conscious effort to sit upright. He also said this will limit back problems as I get older.

Just fyi dont slouch when u sit!

I have good posture (depending on the chair though) so I don't pay attention to it.

My Herman Miller chair kind've forces good posture upon me, which is nice. I don't know if it's worth what I paid for it, but it's still a good chair.

at home no, in public, yes always, good right up posture sends out confidence and power (at least i think so)
