Don't even know what that means.

To tell the truth, I've never quite gotten Twitter. I have an account, used mostly to "follow" news of a couple of my favorite sports teams. I'm subscribed to the accounts of some players, and a few sports writers. But I use the term "follow" very loosely. If I don't check it for a day, 2000 message have scrolled past that I'll never read. Maybe I'll follow it during a football game, but that's as close as I get. It's the classic "What the **** do I do with all this data?"

Hell no. There is nothing I care about enough to consider activating and if there was, I would do something more than post outrage on Twitter.

I pretty much just read Twitter while I am watching Football on Sunday. I don't even check it the rest of the week.

I have a Twitter account, but never use it. There was a particular reason why I opened it, but damned if I can remember what it was. Eprotests of all sorts are mostly worthless. There's been some rare examples of them doing something, if only temporarily, but they usually just serve to get you on "special" lists.

So already, the vast majority of us could give 2 shits about Twitter and the "Springs" it is developing.

How the hell does Twitter then make up such a huge portion of our news?

It obviously has powerful effects (Arab Spring for instance), but I've never actually understood it. I signed up for an account in an effort to try and understand what all of the fuss is about, but I just don't get it.

Twitter is just one big internet forum/blog for 10-20 year-olds. Naturally, almost nobody here "gets" twitter.

Have an account and never use it. I want to make a new site call Myfaceyoutwit. I already created a forum and blog. LOL! Still trying to get phpmail working but I think the free host I picked sucks balls!
