i had an mp3 player. i sold it last summer because i did not use it anymore.

i just listen to music at home now, and the car of course.

Nope, and don't plan on buying one either - wouldn't use it. The most "portable" MP3 player I have is the one in my car :p (CD-MP3)

3 year old iPod.Been used every day and the battery is knackard. not sure what to get next: nano or chunky

So technically, yes.

Using the Mp3 player function on a cell phone drains the battery less than you think, talk time is what really eats up battery life...

My iRiver H320 destroys all. I can't wait for the guys at Rockbox to finish the iRiver port!
