Do you order pizza online or using a phone?

you mean there are people whose sole job is to take orders on the phone at a pizza place? doesnt the person who manages the front counter do that? and wouldnt they, instead of talking on the phone, just be checking online?

though i usually just walk to one... theres like 10 pizza shops within a 10min walking radius 🙂 lol
 
I ordered a pizza online with Papa John's once, and forgot all about it 3 seconds later. It was like I was sending an email or something, I gave it no thought after doing it. Imagine my surprise about 40 minutes later when I answered the door.
 
I order online.

Oh and you are not takeing anyone's job. At least when i worked at pizza hut the delivery guys did the phone orders and i suspect that is the same anywhere else.

There is more labor involved in taking a phone order though. With online orders you just look at a screen.

I always use phone. I tried papa john's online once and they messed it up, sent the order to a location 40 miles away from me (the other side of the island! :Q).
 
online is not an option in my area.

Or, to put it another way... people here are just figuring out that you can burn DVD's. The only place that sells blank DVD's is Staples, and only in 3 packs unless you special order them.

Pff, forget staples, you can order Riteks online for cheap by the hundreds.
 
Online, definitely. Less hassle, less chance of a wrong order.

Too bad no pizza place offers that around here, now that we've moved.
 
Never ordered a pizza online. Seems kind of weird to me though, I kind of want to talk to a person when a order a pizza. Kind of like those automatic checkout lanes at wal-mart, just seems kind of weird.
