do you need to wash new boxers before wearing them?

omfg, there is actually no point in washing these things, unless you have no skin.

the chemicals used on clothes are to repel insects and the like, they are not harmful.

I dunno. If you had time wash them, but if you need a pair now, then I'd skip it.

you really should wash all clothing,that touches your body,and also towels,washclothes,sheets etc.
before using!

CorporateRecration is right, except I venture to say that you don't want rashes anywhere on your body. Wash all your new clothes.

Bah, I don't even wash my not so new clothes, why should these be any exception! :p
