It would seem as if the answer should be "no". Opinions?
The reason I'm asking is because I am completing my HTPC (which needs a BIOS flash) but the hard drive that's going to go into it is still in one of my other computers. I'm going to have to do some file copying, etc. before I move it into the new system.
So can I update the BIOS of my HTPC without a hard drive installed in it?
