Do you make the bed every morning?

Mday, there are somedays she'll make it 30 SECONDS BEFORE we go to bed just to be messed up in another 30 seconds when we climb into it!! :confused

My wife tries to - she will not sleep in the bed unless the sheets are tucked in and the blankets the right way.

I on the other hand will dive into a large pile of sheets, blankets, pillows, etc - curl up and sleep.

In my defense, I make the bed right before we go to bed so that the covers are even. If the covers are even, there's less chance that one of us will steal the covers from the other.

I make my bed routinely and carefully every morning. And I'm a guy! Its part of my schedule, its routine, it proves that I can have some things in order and under control when so many other things seem hopeless. I guess its kind of a false reassurance. Order on the outside, chaos inside. Oh well, denial is where its at these days.

That is exactly how I feel. I dont usually make the bed when I get out of it in the morning, but I must make the bed before I go to sleep otherwise the blankets get all messed up and disorganized and they end up being hogged up or kicked to the floor. That's the only thing I'm anal about.
